1st Annual Get Elevated Women’s Conference

May 9 – 11, 2014


The Get Elevated Women’s Conference (GEWC) is a one-of-a-kind movement for women who are ready to step up boldly, fully embrace and own their calling and live a life by design.  Our inaugural Conference will take place May 9 – 11, 2014 at the Montelucia Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona and our theme is: “Success Redefined: Elevating without Boundaries.”

We are committed to keeping our inaugural conference an intimate affair and are manifesting a sell-out with a maximum of 100 women.  We are seeking vendors who desire a unique opportunity to connect with profitable new business contacts, present new products and educate decision makers.  Our elevated women are potential customers looking for exceptional beauty, health, fashion, fitness, financial and educational products.  Due to the limited space, we are ONLY seeking vendors with product.

The vendor table is $499 and includes one conference registration for vendor.

  • 6’skirted table and two chairs
  • Listing on Conference website
  • Listing in Conference program
  • One conference registration for vendor with access to breakfast, keynotes & breakout sessions
  • One complimentary Exhibit Hall Only pass for assistance with your table. This Exhibit Hall Only pass DOES NOT include access to meals, keynotes or breakout sessions.

Due to limited vending opportunities, the criteria for acceptance will be based on those offering high quality products that align best with our attendees.

When are the exhibit hall hours?

The Get Elevated Women’s Conference exhibit hours are Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm and Sunday, March 11, 2014 from 7 am – 1 pm.  These times are subject to change.

What kinds of exhibitors do you accept?

We accept exhibitors whose product and services align with our attendees. Due to limited exhibit space, we are only accepting vendors with products.  We will not be accepting vendors with services only at this time.

How do I become a vendor at the GEWC?

Complete the Vendor Application and submit with full payment.  All applications will be reviewed within 3 business days of receipt for approval.  We will review it to see if it aligns with our attendees and that no other competing/similar vendor has been approved.  If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If your application is not approved, we will issue an immediate refund.

What is the deadline to apply?

Vending tables are available until sold, however we do have a very limited number of tables available and the price increases as we approach the conference date, The next increase is March 1st at which time the rate will be $499. Therefore, it’s highly recommended to apply sooner than later.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

The cost for a table is $499.

What is included with my exhibitor fee?

Each 10’x 10’ section includes a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, 1 full registration packet and 1 complimentary Exhibit Hall Only pass for assistance with your table.  Listing on conference website and conference program.

Internet and electricity are not included in your booth fee and must be ordered separately.
